Overcome pandemic restrictions of face-to-face meetings, expand reach to customers, and maintain the impact of a physical roadshow in the digital environment.


Virutal environments allow for an expanded view of product benefits and functions as these can be renederd in digital space. Fluid collaboration in real-time is key to maintaining the immediacy of a live event or meeting.


Develop an immersive digital environment that replicates real-world visuals, enabling versatile information sharing and real-time interactions for sales teams to showcase and address inquiries regarding the distinctive value of their products.

The Work

To accelerate their digital transformation and replace their environmentally taxing physical roadshow, Alfa Laval sought a virtual sales tool enabling real-time interaction.

Our team developed a 3D interactive platform, empowering sales teams and customers to explore the Alfa Laval heat exchanger from distinct viewpoints. Integrated with video chat, messaging, and document sharing capabilities, the platform delivered a seamless sales experience.

Additionally, we incorporated tools to highlight product strengths, including residue visualization and an on-site assessment feature. The sales team lauded the user-friendly, impactful platform, effectively delivering the desired wow factor.
